What we collect
We collect the in-game name, email, and (optionally) Steam ID you provide at checkout, plus the IP address used to place the order. Card details are handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and never reach our servers.
How we use it
Your email is used to deliver the redemption token. The Steam ID is used to bind tokens to a specific player when applicable. IP addresses are logged for fraud prevention.
Retention
Order records are retained for as long as required by accounting regulations. Tokens are kept until redeemed or expired.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support with the email used at checkout.
